God Don't Make Mistakes

Deuteronomy 32:4 AMP

He is the Rock, His work is perfect, for all His ways are law and justice. A God of faithfulness without breach or deviation, just and right is He.

Ecclesiastes 3:14 AMP

I know that whatever God does, it endures forever; nothing can be added to it nor anything taken from it. And God does it so that men will [reverently] fear Him [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is].

Have you ever had someone out of the blue stop to talk to you and you think they are rambling on? At some point while they are talking they say something that you know they should not know about you, an right then you know that it's God. It happened to me today an the small thing he said was so great in my heart it brought me to tears. As I shook the man's hand I heard, "God don't make mistakes."

Happy Anniversary 11 Years

Matthew 19:3-9
(King James Version)

3: The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

4: And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5: And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6: Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
7: They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
8: He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.
9: And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

Lesson:

It took me a long time to understand the meaning behind marriage and what is is meant for. It is not just to be happy BUT to live holy before God. I will never say that it is easy or that you will not go through things because you will. My husband and I have had  our tough spots. We have both wanted to give up on each other and just leave. But it was something that we had no idea was going on and it was nothing but the grace of God that held us together. This message is just a message of encouragement for all married couples out there, God loves marriage, He created it and He hates to see us allow our own flesh as well as the enemy tear us apart.

One day in the mist of me going through a minister asked me one question, They asked, "Anyone can leave, but who can stay?" It was the same question God had been asking me for quite some time. When we allow the enemy to come in and destroy what God has put together he has won and we are defeated. So I say to you today do not allow the enemy to separate you. God has a better plan ahead. Even though it does not look like things are going to change or the person is not going to change, I encourage you to hold on to God's unchanging hand. He will fix it for you. Allow Him to make some changes in you because just as you think your spouse is the problem you do not realize how much of a problem you are also.

We always think it is the other person that causes all the strife in the relationship but I am here to speak the truth. and the truth is it is both parties. I have not been a saint in my relationship with my husband and I can now admit that I made my mistakes and lots of them. It is a learning process. But I am here to say that I would not change a thing now because it will be used for the saving of someone else's marriage and soul. I thank God for who He is and what he has done for us. I have seen how couples get separated and do things to hurt each other. It is a ugly mess and I am glad that God kept us from doing the same thing to each other.

I love you Tuarus and I look forward to the many more years God is blessing us with...

Repent And Be Freed And Forgiven Of Sins

Luke 3:2-6

2: Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
3: And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;
4: As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
5: Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth;
6: And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Lesson:

Definitions:
Repentance –noun 1. deep sorrow, compunction, or contrition for a past sin, wrongdoing, or the like. 2. regret for any past action.

Remission –noun 1. the act of remitting. 2. pardon; forgiveness, as of sins or offenses.

Salvation –noun 1. the act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss, destruction, etc. 2. the state of being saved or protected from harm, risk, etc. 3. a source, cause, or means of being saved or protected from harm, risk, etc.

God sent his son that we could be delivered and set free from an eternal death. Jesus prepared the way for us to be forgiven, saved from destruction and be protected by the Father.

Do not just repent because someone tells you to do so, but do it because you want to. You have to truly want to be forgiven and want to have a relationship with Jesus. When you repent that means that God has forgiven you and you can forgive yourself and the sins of the past have been erased. They no longer exist.

Now rightfully dividing the word this does not mean that you can go and continue to commit those same sins over and over again and keep asking for forgiveness. Or knowingly do the same wrong things over and over and saying, "I can just ask to be forgiven after I do this wrong thing." What is your motive when you go to God and seek forgiveness? Is your heart in the right place or is there evil intent? Even if you do not know, God knows and you can fool yourself but what you cannot do is fool God.

When you repent you should want to be forgiven and not want to commit the same sin again. You should want to be freed from that thing that has held you down and kept you from hearing the voice of God. Sin is disobedience and when you sin you disobey God. It is just like disobeying you mother of father when they have told you not to do something and you do it anyway. Your parents get angry but they also will forgive you. God is the same way, we just have to ask Him for that forgiveness.

This is the beginning of life and a right standing relationship with God.
