A Psalm of David
THE Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for hi name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me: thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
LESSON:
We are the sheep and He is our shepherd. He is leading us that follow Him and he will lead us when we are lost. He will never let us go without the things that we need to survive on this Earth. He will make sure that we walk up right in truth and that we should not lie. We do not have to fear man or demon because the Lord will always stand with us in battle against those that come to do us harm. He will prepare us and equip us with the weapons that we need to fight our enemies and show mercy towards us in our weaken times.
It's so nice that you started this blog...can't wait for more. I'd love to start a Bible lesson blog some day when I have more time to write out my studies.

I agree this is a wonderful start to this blog!!! I love the mindset that King David was in when he wrote this Psalm!!! From the pastures of the young shephed boy to the palace of the king and all points between, God had proven Himself to David!!! The resounding theme of this Psalm is that God is our Gentle Guide, our Great Provider and our Awesome Protector!!! Thanks for the Good News Sis!!!!
